The role will cover data analysis and some application development with room to grow and develop. You will be exposed to a variety of trade regulations with the potential to build a comprehensive understanding within this niche space, as well as on-the-job training towards a data analyst qualification.

Key activities and responsibilities will include:
- Conduct detailed analysis across a broad range of data sources, producing timely and concise results
- Collaborate with other developers in the team to create & maintain reliable, scalable and flexible platforms and applications. Such projects must be well tested and delivered according to the project schedule
- Respond to problems or issues in a timely fashion, ensuring minimum disruption to service
- Executing test cycles on client data as required
- Any other ad-hoc data capture and data cleansing
- Desire and capacity to learn and understand trade regulations to further build out our existing industry-leading services
- Supporting Line Manager as well as the Lead Data Engineer / Scientist in delivering client engagements

- Programming experience, ideally Python, would be an advantage
- Proficient in computer science and maths, ideally to A-Level

Desired qualifications
- At least five GCSEs at grades 4/C or above (or equivalent) including maths, English and either IT or Science
- Ideally, you will have either a minimum of two A levels, a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification or Level 3 BTEC(or equivalent)
