An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Registered Nurse to be involved in the delivery of our newly established Sussex Post Covid Assessment Service.

This is a rewarding and challenging post in a new service which has been commissioned to assess, recognise and support patients with long COVID/Post Covid Syndrome.

Our Post-Covid Assessment Service is a multi-professional team, working in line with national guidance, service specification and standards to offer virtual assessments for people with new or ongoing symptoms 12 weeks after acute COVID-19, facilitate onward referrals, ensuring personalised care plans, supported self-management, , follow-up and monitoring, service development, collaboration with Stakeholders (including patient participation groups) for co-design opportunities.

You will be part of a welcoming and supportive team with opportunities for close collaboration and partnership working with our partners across Sussex. You will be fully supported offering regular supervision and training opportunities for professional development.
