About the team:

Southwark CAMHS provides assessment and treatment for children and families with mental health problems . The service is made up of several specialist teams including looked after children, adolescents, children under 12 and those with neurodevelopmental disorders.

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator who has proven experience with clinical record systems, data bases and data management tools for example Power BI.

The successful candidate will be working with a large team of CAMHS clinicians and administrators ensuring our data reporting is high quality to improve the quality of our service. We are looking to appoint an administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be assertive, work well within a team and be passionate about providing a high-quality service.

We are looking for a candidate who is efficient, great with systems and inspired by the idea of making a difference.

The key areas of responsibilities are to provide:

  • Data analysis, inputting and reporting
  • Provide reports on staff training, roster and keep workforce information up to date.

About the location:

Mapother House is based on the Maudsley site. Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2). We also provide services and operate across other locations, such as London boroughs of Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark; and substance misuse services for residents of Bexley, Lambeth, Greenwich and Wandsworth.
