If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing Team here, at The London Clinic. This role is based in our Head Office in Central London with remote working available, and we are offering a competitive salary of up to £28,000 - £35,000 per annum with an amazing benefits package that is hard to beat.

Job Profile

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager to operationalise The London Clinic's Marketing Strategy which will include day-to-day management of multi-channel lead generation campaigns and new product launches, managing collateral, running email campaigns, and much more. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, hard-working Marketing professional with a 'can-do' attitude.

  • Job type: Full Time, permanent position.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Location: Head Office - 1 Park Square West, London NW1 4LJ (remote working avaiable)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns and tactical activities to promote The London Clinic's products and services to our multiple audiences - consumers, patients, GPs, consultants, insurers and embassies, in the UK and internationally - across the full marketing mix.
  • Work closely with all members of the wider Marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing plans and to make a contribution to The London Clinic's Marketing Strategy and achieve the team's shared objectives.
  • Produce copy for marketing and patient collateral, proofreading offline and online content, liaising with other team members to ensure collateral adheres to our standards, brand guidelines and approval processes.
  • Use the CRM platform to identify data that supports new or enhanced lead/cross-sell/upsell opportunities, while ensuring that data use meets GDPR regulations and the Brand ethos.
  • Brief agencies on campaign requirements including creative, media and digital.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a Marketing team at an agency or in-house in the UK.
  • Broad marketing experience with a detailed understanding of the full marketing mix and experience in building effective and impactful integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital media as well as running BAU activities.
  • Significant experience running digital marketing campaigns including email marketing using a CRM platform such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce (PPC, social, mobile, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, decks to prove impact of marketing campaigns and an understanding of how to analyse those reports to enable a continuous test & learn mentality.
