This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with people and organising tasks as this role underpins the administration services for our internal and external customers and staff. It creates an opportunity for somebody to develop against the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, with a view to joining the team on a permanent basis.

This is an operational site and therefore due to Health and Safety considerations, candidates must be 18 or over to apply.

Package DescriptionGBP18,000pa - GBP346.15 per week

40hrs 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturday working)

1 hour unpaid lunch break

23 days holiday

What you will be doing:

Reporting into the Depot Manager, the role will support the administration team at Darlaston and will have responsibility for the following:

Contractor Inductions Admin
HR Information inc Training Records Admin
Fridge Plant Compliance Documentation
Fridge Plant, Ferrous and Non Ferrous Tickets
ELV (End of Life Vehicle) Documentation Process
Weighbridge Operations
Customer Cash management
Customer Account Administration inc Setting up New Accounts
Incoming and Outgoing Customer Calls re Bank PaymentsAbout you:
GSCE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

IT qualification desirable

Experience in using Microsoft suite particularly Excel and Word
