The role

The Trainee HR Services Coordinator will support the HR Shared Service Centre team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regards to all HR related administrative tasks. This role has a wide remit of administrative activity across the entire employee lifecycle and provides key support to the business. Effective administrative support is vital to the smooth running of the organisation.

Key accountabilities

Provide administrative support including, but not limited to;

Processing contractual and non-contractual documents
Data entry
Checking and auditing data
Assistance with the administration of employee reward and benefits
Recruitment, selection and onboarding
Ad hoc projects
Administrative tasks as directed by the Director of HR, Head of HR Services and the HR Services Manager
Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulationsSkills & experience

Essential:

GCSEs Grades A* to C or 9 to 4 under the new grading system in Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work alone without constant direction
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
Ability to learn new systems and new processes
Ability to multi-task
Reliable and helpful
Calm under pressure
Ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion, in all circumstancesDesirable

The Trainee HR Service Coordinator will firstly complete a customer service apprenticeship and then move onto a HR level 3 apprenticeship in time
