Passion - An interest in hospitality / food & drink
Good personal Hygiene is a must
Positive outlook - you love every moment!
Communication - Ability to work as part of a close hospitality team
Welsh speaking desirable

Qualifications

GCSE Maths & English grade D or equivalent desirable however training in Application of Number and Communication provided (gaining a level 1/ equivalent is mandatory).
