We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable apprentices to work in an admin assistant role within the Education Team at Buckinghamshire NHS Trust.

You will have the chance to earn a salary while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a busy hospital environment. At the same time, you'll get to study for a nationally recognised qualification, together with paid holidays. Our apprenticeships last around 18 months, with time out of the workplace for study and assessments. During that time, you'll also have continual support and guidance in your work environment.

You must have left full-time education, have not achieved NVQ Level 4 or a degree and you must have the right to work in the UK.
The successful applicants will gain experience in business and administrative support, including support of office and team processes and systems, assisting in providing a comprehensive service to the departments and to all specialities throughout Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who would like a career in an NHS Trust. You should be able to communicate confidently and work cohesively with your colleagues in a team environment. It is desirable, but not essential, that you have GCSE in English, Maths and IT. If this is not the case, support will be given for you to meet the minimum requirement during your apprenticeship. In addition to on the job training you will be given tutor led training to enable you to complete the appropriate qualifications for the role, including training days where required.
