Job Summary:-

As a Floor Co-ordinator you will work as primary co-ordinator for effectively managing patient flow in a fast-paced Urgent Care Service. Working as part of a team consisting of Doctors, Nurses, and Receptionists in a demanding and fast paced environment providing a professional and courteous response to patient requirements, ensuring accuracy of patient information and adherence to Greenbrook values and procedures. Ensure effective and timely distribution of UTC walk in patients, high levels of visibility and an understanding of available clinical resource during shifts to support UTC colleagues in maintaining service levels against KPIs.

Essential requirements of the post are as follows:-
  • Educated to A level standard
  • Ability to work closely with the clinical team - to manage and provide support as required throughout the shift
  • Experience of working in a direct patient/ customer facing environment
  • Experience of managing/ leading a team
  • Proactive task-oriented attitude
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
