An expanding, fast paced organisation, based in Slough is looking for a graduate to join their Operations team to provide Operations Administration support. The role will also cover aspects of Contract Management and Sales Support.

Key responsibilities

To oversee through a 3rd party service provider the operation administration for the department

Sending requested information to authorities, charging administration fee, sending

invoices, inputting information on the system.

Investigating any queries.

Insurance letters, forwarding letters and information as requested.

Administration of reminders, transfer and retention. End of contract correspondence.

To adhere to the FSA regulations and requirements.

Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

Experience/skills required

Business degree or similar

Excel and Word to Intermediate to Advanced level
