Apprenticeship Team Leader

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable training who are located in the North West of England

Due to growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Apprenticeship Team Leader

As an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor Manager, you will be paid a competitive salary of up to GBP30000 and you will also receive a car allowance and excellent benefits.

This training provider delivers a wide range of apprenticeship qualifications alongside Commercial Training.

The role will entail managing a team of Apprenticeship Assessor Trainers who are delivering apprenticeship standards in a wide range of qualifications which Electrical, Construction, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning

You will define and manage the team to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved. This will include:

• Being responsible for the team delivery of Apprenticeships within the chosen standards.
• Provide effective leadership to a team of delivery staff, ensuring a consistent quality of service is delivered to clients and learners.
• Implement strategies to improve the quality of Apprenticeship delivery
• Work closely with Trainer/Coaches are obtaining all necessary paperwork to accurately claim funding
• Use data effectively to drive performance and ensure learners make appropriate progress and get a great learner experience
• Ensure compliance with funding rules and awarding organisations.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients to enable them to see how their apprentices are progressing.
• Performance Reviews, one to ones, recruitment, and coaching to a team of Trainer/Assessor
• Manage the End Point Assessment process for the scope of the team's provision
• Carry out formal observations and support tutors to develop.

Skills and experience required for the Apprenticeship Team Manager

• Proven track record of managing and inspiring teams of Trainer/Assessors
• Extensive experience with managing outstanding apprenticeship programmes
• Knowledge and experience of Ofsted and ability to support delivery teams to develop towards outstanding results
• Knowledge of new Apprenticeship standards
• Up to date knowledge of ESFA funding rules
• Vocational competence and knowledge of Construction and Electrical Apprenticeships would be highly desirable
• Experience in conducting high-quality observations of teaching and learning.
• Excellent IT Skills and knowledge and e-portfolio systems.
• Assessment & Relevant teacher training qualification - DTLLS/Cert Ed is highly desirable
• Full UK Driving License and flexible to travel
