Training and Education for the Graduate Administrator role:
They provide full training. Additionally, in conjunction with their jobs, the Pension Administrators are financially supported to study for and take Chartered Insurance Institute exams to gain professional qualifications such as the Certificate in Financial Services. In addition, in-house training is regularly scheduled, while staff mentors provide training and guidance daily.
Progression for the Graduate Administrator role:
The role pays GBP18,000 to start, increasing to GBP19,000 on passing probation at 6 months and GBP20,000 at 12 months. If you perform well in the role you can expect your salary and responsibilities to increase quickly. Salaries are not capped and are based on knowledge and performance.

Person Specification for the Graduate Administrator role:
Recently graduated with at least a 2:1 degree in any subject
Achieved at least B grades in GCSE English Language and Mathematics
Bright, conscientious, and eager to learn
Some experience of working in a professional office environment
