Graduate Business Development Executive Package:

- A competitive basic salary of GBP24,000
- OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total package up to GBP32,000!

Graduate Business Development Executive Role:

- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering, their competitors and the market place they operate within
- Use researching tools to generate new sales leads in your allocated accounts, whilst also breaking further into new target market areas to further generate leads
- Perform regular prospect outreach to create initial interest in the company offering, liaising with and building relationships with key decision makers, working to establish and uncover any opportunities available
- Book meetings with external stakeholders for senior members of the team- once you are established and comfortable within the role you will have the opportunity to run the meetings you book, introducing the offering to prospects and turning sales opportunities into business
- Contact existing customers to assess their current arrangements and pitch the company offering to best suit their needs
- Ensure that the company CRM system is managed, and that all sales related information is input correctly and in a timely manner

Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Passionate about technology, and keen to learn
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, IT literate
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
