The role will include providing support during the design stage of projects to plan projects, to help define project briefs and consider design options, to manage design and to support the selection of constructors and the negotiation and agreement of construction contracts.
The role will also include working through the construction delivery stage of projects to manage and administer building contracts.The role will include a mix of working in our office, attending meetings with our clients and designers and spending time on construction sites.

- BTEC National Diploma DDMor
- Access to HE qualifications with 24 Distinctions 21 Meritsor equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 128 UCAS points
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent)including maths and English
Advanced entry:

- BTEC HNC/HND in a Quantity Surveying/Building related subject
- Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Quantity Surveying/Building related subject
