All applicants must show a desire to continue with their education. They must be computer literate, good communicators, adaptable with good interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, team player.

Desired qualifications

A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade 9/A* to 4/C, including maths, English Language and ICT; 1 A Level, or 2 AS Levels (40 UCAS points), or an equivalent qualification such Level 3 BTEC National in a relevant Construction or Engineering subject.

Things to consider

You will be attending Solihull College (Blossomfield Campus) one day a week during the learning phase of this apprenticeship.
