What will the apprentice be doing?
You will join our apprenticeship programme, where you'll be completing an externally accredited programme, Digital User Experience Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6), which will take you up to 48 months to complete.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Working closely with our learning provider, you'll be developing positive relationships, completing your learning plan on time and improving your knowledge and capabilities.
Digital User Experience roles at NatWest Group focus on how customers interact with various products and services, such as banking apps and websites.
Research & analysis is conducted to see how the digital journey can be improved for customers & colleagues. You'll learn about mapping customer journeys and design thinking.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You may have the opportunity to move into a permament role once you have completed your programme.
Once established in the programme, we'll look to you, to support other new apprentices, using your experience to guide and support them.
