About the apprenticeship


Taking job orders from new and existing customers
Provide ongoing service and support to our customer-base
Developing new customer relationships and opportunities
Promoting our business through various social media platforms and the development of digital marketing campaigns
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
Deliver general office administration and support

We aren't looking for the finished article here, but rather someone who has the right attitude and aptitude to want to learn and improve. We will invest our time in helping the successful candidate to develop in order to be successful within our business.



We are looking for someone who is bright, confident and who has a good telephone manner. The candidate will be presentable and hardworking with a desire to learn and develop in a fast paced environment.
The candidate will be able to work under their own initiative, whilst also enjoying being part of a small team.
The candidate will have a good understanding of social media and an appreciation of how this can be used to reach a wide audience as well as a basic understanding of digital technology.
The successful candidate will be part of our customer facing team and therefore will be a good communicator, both verbal and written and enjoy talking to people.
Overall, we are looking for someone who is positive and enthusiastic and who is willing to learn, both on the job and through undertaking a formal apprenticeship.


Educated to A level standard with GCSE passes in English and Maths (min level C).
We will consider candidates with GCSE standard education if they demonstrate the other required attributes as laid out above.
