POST: Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship

BAND: Level 2

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

LOCATION: Primrose Breast Care Centre

The Primrose Breast Care Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Level 2 Apprenticeship, 37.5 hours per week. Duties will include reception cover, general admin duties such and dealing with hospital notes, booking appointments, filing, typing, photocopying, dealing with incoming telephone calls.

The post holder will work alongside a wider admin staff group.

The post is interesting and varied, and requires an ability to work as a member of a team. Applicants should have a mature and responsible attitude and be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Above all, applicants should take a flexible approach to their workload.
