their role effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a role that supports the training and development needs of our 0-19 childrens services workforce. As a Practice Development Nurse, you will work closely with the CLCH Academy team and the Children's Professional Lead to plan, implement and evaluate the skills and competence of staff supporting them to develop and grow in their careers.

The post holder will work with designated teams to coordinate and embed learning and development, ensuring that staff are competent and capable to undertake their roles. You will also work with the CLCH Academy team and the Professional Lead to identify learning needs ensuring that development is aligned to and informs local and national priorities such as changes in nursing, health visiting and school nursing standards and new clinical roles such as Apprenticeships.

As a Practice Development Nurse, we want you to flourish in the role and you will be supported with your development whether this is at undergraduate or post graduate level. You will be supported in your
professional and personal development through regular one to one meetings, team meetings and supported to undertake continuing professional development. There are also opportunities for you to get
involved in shaping training for the future and the evaluation of healthcare provision through case studies or research evaluations.
