What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll spend your days talking to our drinkers by email, social media, letters and on the bananaphone, sorting out any problems they might have, answering their questions, listening to their kind words and always striving to leave them happier than you found them. Having great one-on-one interactions is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be helping us feel like a little business even though we're growing into a big one.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Once your apprenticeship training officially kicks off, you'll spend 20% of your time studying towards your Digital Community Manager - level 4 apprenticeship.This will be through a mix of e-learning; tutor sessions, and workshops.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in other projects and internal innocent training to help you develop further.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you are qualified and spent some time in your role as a people champ, you'll have a better understanding of our award-winning customer service and communities' team and there may be opportunities to explore other roles at innocent.
