Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week)

- The primary objective of the role is to build, manage and nurture external relationships and sell away day experiences
- Building a client base of companies to experience our Corporate Away Days
- Build a following for both B2B and B2C via email campaigns, social media, direct marketing using the Away Day Salesforce CRM system
- Target new clients, business development, sharing information, creating content to show the benefits / and value to companies and their teams via calls, emails and social media
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients and customers to build a sales pipeline
- Link up and begin to build relationships with HR Directors, Directors, Managers and key decision makers
Candidate Experience:
- The ability to naturally build and maintain relationships
- A natural drive and passion for sales, targets and achieving goals
- Confident and outgoing with clear communication skills, the confidence to strike up conversation with anyone on a call or in person
- Able to work with a positive attitude, a self-starter and enthusiastic
- Be proactive, self-motivated and focused to work towards becoming a successful sales executive
- Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint always delivering exceptionalcustomer service
- Have some ideas and creativity when building email campaigns. About the message being sent rather than just selling an Away Day experience
