Excellence in Healthcare everyday, come to work for Bridgewater NHS Foundation Trust.

We deliver a wide range of community-based healthcare services in Halton, Warrington and Oldham, as well as some networked services and specialised community dental services across a much larger geography.

Our focus is on ensuring that our colleagues across the organisation are supported to deliver services of the highest quality and that by doing so we help bring forward local strategies aimed at delivering integrated, place-based services in partnership with primary care, social care and other health and care providers.

We are committed to ensuring that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation or is disadvantaged by requirements that cannot be justified. We will interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy, and consider them on their abilities. Job shares will be considered for all posts.
