Digital Support is right at the heart of any organisation such as ours. Our customers range from big household names, government departments and public service organisations right through to small businesses. We need people with the technical know-how to help our customers, to make sure everything runs smoothly.

By the time you’ve finished your apprenticeship, you’ll be able to provide technical expertise on IT Applications and Database. That means you’ll support our Technical Major Incident Process for our Enterprise Managed Service customers, working collaboratively with your team.

As an apprentice Digital Applications Technician, you’ll help BT and our internal users to maximise the use of digital technologies and adapt to and exploit changes in technology to meet BT’s objectives

On your apprenticeship you’ll learn to take ownership of technology, build your problem-solving skills and work with lots of different stakeholders. You’ll learn how to maximise productivity to ensure effective use of digital communication systems in order to achieve BT’s business goals.

It won’t just be about the technical skills though; we’ll help you to develop your resilience and positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations. You’ll also learn to use your own initiative when implementing digital technologies and finding solutions.

This job is available in the Enterprise part of our business.
