We are looking to appoint a band 5 RMN or newly qualified RMN.

Beechlydene is a 21 bedded mixed acute Mental Health unit, offering assessment, treatment and high quality care for service users suffering with acute mental illness. Our highly skilled and enthusiastic multidisciplinary team are motivated towards supporting service users with their recovery by working collaboratively with individuals and their families. We have a positive and close working relationship with our community and intensive team colleagues, to ensure the service user pathway is optimised.

You will require dedication, excellent communication skills, passion to make a difference, a person centred approach and exceptional problem solving skills. We offer a comprehensive preceptorship package for newly qualified RMNs.
