The apprentice will work closely with our regional sales & commercial teams to:
- Help acquire new business and defend and grow existing business;
- Increase the awareness of our products and services to create a healthy sales pipeline
- Project manage and submit bids and proposals to customers, working closely with Sales, Pricing, Operations and the Commercial team for create bids
- Manage opportunities through all sales stages of the sales cycle as well as managing existing customer relationships
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Apprentice will complete the Level 6 Business to Business Sales Professional Apprenticeship certificate, a BSc Business to Business Sales Professional and a Certificate from the Association of Professional Sales through Aston University. This is through the following means:
- virtual teaching
- regular monthly meetings with an academic and professional supervisor
- Two day session on campus once per term
