Future prospects
We are looking for a long-term relationship with our apprentices and we have a long-term career structure in mind, whereby we see the apprentice developing into senior roles within our business as it grows. With this in mind, in addition to Quantity Surveying we will provide our apprentices with exposure to general management and business development activities.
Things to consider
Although the local office will be in Southwark it will be common to work on sites in and outside of London as well as travel to other offices for example in Cheshunt.
The construction industry is fast-paced and very dependent on its environment and client needs which may lead to non-standard working hours at times.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
