Duties to include:
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret business and technical environments to scope and control project work
  • Project support & coordination internal and with customer
  • Able to prepare the project schedules defining tasks/activities and dependencies
  • Monitoring progress / Preparing status updates across projects and reporting it to relevant stakeholders
  • Good influencing skills, with the, demonstrated credibility to interact with program leadership and stakeholders
  • Ability in influencing experienced project management professionals in multiple locations and time-zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyse specifications of both detailed and summary level data. Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand team dynamics and use interpersonal style to achieve the project goals
  • Ability to build and leverage a strong personal network within HCL
  • Highly competent with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Learning in Microsoft Project and Share portal / teams
  • IT technology awareness " walk the talk"- Data Center, Digital Workplace, Network, Security, Cloud, Application Services
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight project schedule
  • Ability to manage difficult stakeholders - internal and external
