Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Support projects and project teams in an independent manner
  • You ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget
  • You track the progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements
  • You tackle risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to your partners
  • You ensure the resource's availability and the allocation
  • You handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Project,and Outlook
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)

  • Experience in Financial and/or Payment Industry is a strong asset

  • Pragmatic, still highly organised and structured
  • You support projects independently
  • Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • You make sure your projects are delivered in time, quality, and budget

Desired qualifications

Any A Level or a Level 3 (or equivalent) in a similar subject or holds an existing project management qualification.

Future prospects

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
