Summary

Modality Partnership has a full-time vacancy for a National Analytics & Research Administrator. The post holder will be an enthusiastic analyst work across the Partnership providing data analytics, data modelling and insights to maximise income opportunities We are seeking dedicated post holders to join our newly formed National Business Intelligence Team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

This job is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for working in an agile manner, implementing solutions, delivering key organisational priorities and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care.

What is the role?

The role is a specialist role, taking responsibility for obtaining data from various relevant sources, drawing insights and presenting findings in a clear way to help inform more data-driven solutions. The post holder will work in collaboration with local divisions (including Divisional Boards) and the wider National Modality Business Support Team to embed and deliver robust reporting mechanisms and analytics to meet the strategic aims of the organisation. The role also requires working with external stakeholders to help shape and develop analytical solutions to improve the wider system and maximise income through research focussed initiatives.

The role is not a regular analytics job and is not a pure number-crunching or administrative role; the job requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the post holder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.

What are the minimum requirements all candidates need to meet?

We require high performing team members to join our team with:
  • Minimum 1 years' experience of data analytics and reporting
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages i.e., Excel, PowerPoint and dashboard platforms i.e. Tableau, Google Data Studio and clinical systems i.e. EMIS / SystmOne
  • Excellent data presentation skills
  • Minimum 1 years' experience of working in Health setting.
