This forward-thinking practice is now looking to complement their Architectural division with a Graduate Architectural Technologist, either someone fresh out of university or a Graduate with a years placement or experience. The bracket is open and ultimately, they are looking for someone who is will to work hard and keen to push on with their career in this sociable and successful team.
Offering you the opportunity to work on a huge range of large and small, exciting projects, in both the private and public sector. If you have experience working within the commercial, residential, leisure or industrial sectors, this could be the role for you. With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for an Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them. They are a very outgoing and friendly practice with a great reputation for developing their staff.
Due to covid and the latest lockdown restrictions, this company are doing a lot of remote working with plans of getting back to the office for a proportion of the week when possible. The envisage the working week to look like 2 or 3 days working from the office and the rest potentially from home.
In terms of software, they are looking for individuals with Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop experience. Microstation would be a huge bonus but not essential.
What they want from the successful Graduate Architectural Technologist?
* A degree which is CIAT registered
* Professional qualification
* Ideally a university year long placement or some experience
* A solid background in AutoCAD and ideally Revit/BIM
* Running your own projects or working towards
* The ability and desire to work in a range of sectors.
* Able to produce a portfolio of your work from university or placement
