Ordering stock
Building relationships with suppliers,
Food safety and hygiene,
Interacting with customers,
Front of House duties (incl. Barista and POS training)

Additional information

We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring chef to join our team at Bean & Bread.
You will work with our experienced and friendly Head Chef, who will guide and train you as neccessary. Ultimately we'd like to train you to run the kitchen on quieter days and assist the Head Chef during busy periods.
We use quality, seasonal ingredients to create our dishes and would encourage you to contribute your ideas to our menu. Our goal is to make delicious, nutritious and mostly plant based dishes - supporting local, organic and sustainability.

Prior kitchen experience isn't essential but this would help. We're looking for someone who;
- Has a passion for healthy food:
- Is a fast learner and able to multi-task in a faced paced environment; and
- Is reliable, professional, fun and a team worker
