MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL)

BAND 5 (£24,907 - £30,615)

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be based at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. Applicants should have served a recognised apprenticeship with relevant experience in Engineering Services Maintenance and Minor Improvement work.

Applicants should have an extensive knowledge on the heating, ventilation and plumbing installations on site and be fully conversant with Health & Safety procedures, Permit to Work Systems, Legionella preventative measures and ACOPs gas requirements.

They must be able to work on their own initiative, have good communication skills in order to liaise with appropriate staff or visitors; be smart and able to project an efficient, professional image. Possession of a current, clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.
