What will the apprentice be doing?
Working as an apprentice consultant in a small, multi-functional digital project team, you'll create, build, implement and operate effective digital solutions. You'll immediately be able to apply your study to the projects you're working on - whether that's designing AI powered chatbots for councils and insurance companies, building speech and text analytics prototypes for financial services companies, or helping design next generation digital policing solutions.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Our Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship (IT Consultant) will give you the digital, collaboration and business skills you need for the future of work. This is your opportunity to obtain a BSc Degree in Digital & Technology Solutions, with a specialism in IT consulting. After an initial six-week residential training, you'll follow a block release schedule consisting of six weeks working on your projects at Capita Consulting, and one week back at College.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There are a variety of routes available after completing this programme. Example roles might be Senior consultant, principle consultant, scrum leader, Specialise in AI, Data, User Experience, Cloud, Transformation

Things to consider
Apprentices will be in the office 2/3 days a week. Your office will be in ether Birmingham, London or Newcastle. Apprentices will be expected to attend a residential induction in October in Manchester for 6 weeks. Accommodation and travel costs there and back are covered by Capita, along with expenses for breakfast and dinner.
