What will the apprentice be doing?
o Fleet Management & Deliveries
§ Work with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries
§ Route deliveries
o Warehouse & Stock Control
§ Order parts to maintain stock levels
§ Manage offloading of container deliveries
§ Ensure smooth running of transfer of goods between branches
o General Branch Admin, Maintenance & HR
§ Manage warehouse staff and drivers
§ Maintain and process paperwork
§ Cash handling
§ Daily tasks given by the Manager
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Operations and Departmental Manager (Level 5) apprenticeship training.
Weekly training for a few hours one day a week, via online learning which can be done in the office, based in Wembley.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You would be hired full time after the apprenticeship with a view to become a Regional Manager overseeing the firm's various branches.
