Duties will include;
This hands-on experience is complemented by one day per week at university where you will be studying for a BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering. Many of our Apprentices go on to achieve Chartered Engineer status.

A Levels: Minimum B, B, C required to include Maths (at least grade B) and Physics or Chemistry or equvialent
BTEC Level 3: Minimum D, D, M required in general 'Engineering' or 'Building Services' (or Level 3 Building Services Apprenticeship)
Future prospects
Excellent opportunity to first work towards becoming an Incorporated Engineer with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers with full support of a dedicated Mentor and Line Manager, and then work towards becoming fully Chartered. There are great opportunities to progress your career and experience a diverse range of learning & development opportunities with Waterman.
- Work with teams on the design and development of projects within the built environment
- Use specialist programmes including AutoCAD, Revit to assist colleagues with design on building projects
- Prepare design reports and drawings
- Opportunity to attend sites with Engineers to assess and survey the site as required
