Your apprenticeship will be with the Consumer Healthcare Tech team, based at our GSK House site in Brentford.
GSK House is our head office based in Brentford, near Kew Gardens. Currently the facilities and access to GSK House are limited due to Covid-19. The expectation is that the apprenticeship will be started on a remote basis.
Your duties might include:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll be qualified to take on a role as a Cyber Security Specialist, a Governance and Compliance Analyst, a Cyber Risk Analyst or many other roles within the Cyber Security discipline.

- Combining research and practical exploration to determine system vulnerabilities
- Analyse and evaluate security threats and hazards to GSK's systems, services and processes
- Undertake security risk assessments and provide remediation advice
- Identify anomalies in network data structures and behaviours
- Determine mitigation or security controls including technical, implementation and policy or process controls
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll be qualified to take on a role as a Cyber Security Specialist, a Governance and Compliance Analyst, a Cyber Risk Analyst or many other roles within the Cyber Security discipline.
You'll be excited by the thought of:
- Building your scientific knowledge, business sense and customer relationship skills on a tailored development programme
- Learning how to prioritise and manage multiple projects, objectives and deadlines

- Must have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) at grades 5/B-C or higher which must include English Language (not literature) and maths at grade 5/B-C or above
- Must also have/be predicted to achieve a minimum of 96 UCAS points from your top 3 A levels or equivalent (not including General Studies)
