We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a selfstarter who wants to take on a new role and be an advocate for technology and efficiency in the firm.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Maintaining and developing existing systems
  • It will involve a lot of programming on our Case Management System - for which full training will be given.
  • Finding new and innovative ways of improving workflows
  • Building training materials for new systems
  • Carrying out training of new technologies
  • Managing technical development of the system
  • Reactive support to technical issues
  • Working with our IT partner to ensure support tickets are solved in a timely manner

Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and maths).
