We are looking for new colleagues, with a passion for helping people, to join us as Healthcare Support Workers in our team on Dune Ward in Weston Super Mare.

We are a 14 bed unit caring for those during a period of assessment into their dementia diagnosis. Working closely with our multi disciplinary teams, supporting service users, you will receive training to complete the NHS Care Certificate and a Level 3 Healthcare apprenticeship if you don't already have the relevant qualifications . You will have experience of caring work already and an understanding of mental health issues and how they can affect individuals, families, carers and the community.
