What we expect from our Patient Services Assistants;

Previous GP experience is essential for all applicants.
  • To interact with patients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about NHS service
  • Dedicated, flexible individuals with high aspirations for themselves and for integrated primary care teams
  • Key skills in customer service, communication, listening and problem solving
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications, Microsoft Word and TPP SystmOne
  • Applicants will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) application
