What will the apprentice be doing?
Supporting the Programme Development Team (PDT) the apprentice will be expected to get involved in every aspect of a program from customer concept/introduction of the program all the way through to delivering parts to the customer.
This will include;
Financial status of the program, quoating for new business and all aspects that would involve, commercial activities, customer meetings and lots more!
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As part of this apprenticeship you will work towards a Chartered Manager Degree Level 6
The provider for this course will be Solihull College. Face-to-face lectures and tutorial support will be delivered in a 12 week block twice a year over three years. On-line learning material and learning activities are available on our virtual learning environment
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

GCSE or equivalent Mathematics , English and Science (Grade 4 and above) Essential
A Level or equivalent Any vocational qualification (Grade 4 above) Essential
Things to consider
The automotive industry is very fast moving so be prepared for projects to move quickly. We are based on an industrial estate next to Birmingham Airport so please think about how you would travel to work and attend your lectures at Solihull College.
