What will the apprentice be doing?
Responsible for supporting construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Providing assistance to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the information relating to the contract, i.e. drawings, specifications, details, Local Authority/NHBC requirements and manufacturers' recommendations.
Attend tuition sessions and complete NVQ/Apprenticeship as appropriate.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will complete a level 4 Higher apprenticeship standard in site supervision, including an NVQ level 4 Site Supervision (residential pathway)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion of the programme your career journey will continue, and you will be encouraged to continue your learning, whilst building on your experience working on a variety of different projects.
Underpinning your early career will be a suite of development days and masterclasses helping you to develop and grow, with opportunites for succesfull trainees to progress to Assistant Site Manager roles.

Things to consider
As roles will be potentially on remote site locations, full UK driving licence is desirable for the apprenticeship and essential long-term.
