Job Description.
As part of our award-winning Apprentice Programme, you will develop your skills and knowledge whilst working on high-profile building services engineering design projects for a diverse client base, gaining valuable work experience at the same time as earning a competitive salary. This hands-on experience is complemented by one day per week at university where you will be studying for a BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering. Many of our Apprentices go on to achieve Chartered Engineer status.

Desired qualifications
Apprenticeship candidates will have at least three A levels at Grades A*-C including mathematics and Physical Science (either Physics or Chemistry) or will have completed a level 3 Apprenticeship BTEC National Diploma in a relevant field (or equivalent).
Candidates are also required to start the programme holding an Level 2 maths and English qualification (GCSE or equivalent grade A*- C / new tariff grade 4 or above).
Future prospects
Excellent opportunity to first work towards becoming an Incorporated Engineer with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers with full support of a dedicated Mentor and Line Manager, and then work towards becoming fully Chartered. There are great opportunities to progress your career and experience a diverse range of learning anddevelopment opportunities with Waterman.
