As a result of our most recent IFA apprentice becoming qualified, the opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected and established independent advisory practice as an apprentice IFA.
To enable you to build up the practical skills, the background and the knowledge to become an effective Financial Adviser, the first step at Adanac is to become a proficient IFA support executive; we will provide you with in-house training to enable you to perform this role. Once fully competent in all aspects of the role, you will progress to join the financial planning team.

Educated to ALevel standard. GCSE maths & English Language grade 5 or above.
Future prospects
Salary rise to£26,650 on gaining DipFA qualification and £34,545 on reaching competent adviser status.
Opportunity toprogress to Chartered Adviser status; this will be encouraged and fully supported.

- Carry out administration duties around the financial planning process
- Maintain client information accurately on the firm's financial planning software
- Process and progress new business
- Liaise with clients, providers and professionals
- Attend regular meetings with managers and colleagues
- Shadow the financial planners to observe and learn the financial planning process
- Provide advice on all aspects of financial planning
- Service existing clients through regular reviews
- Build and develop trusted relationships with current and potential clients, providing personal and bespoke financial planning
