Due to our ongoing success, we are looking for Contact Development Representatives to scale our lead generation efforts. As a Contact Development Representative (CDR), you'll discover and validate contact-level information, build account and buying group intelligence and drive sales outreach, prospect generation, market development and pipeline management. You will also play a key role in trade marketing plan ideation and execution.
What you'll do
* Discover and validate contact information by searching databases, conducting online research, making targeted calls to operators or using the organization's voicemail system;
* Identify and validate the individual target buyer personas who are typically involved in a buying decision to map possible buying groups for delivery to other teleservices groups;
* Develop account and buying group maps to confirm an individual's role within a buying group;
* Hand-off clean and complete contacts for our Business Development Executives to follow up;
* Track and manage discovery activities in the organization's sales force automation (SFA) system;
* Provide weekly forecasts of the volume of validated contacts and mapped buying groups for accounts;
* Support marketing events with contact calls to increase event registrations
