Levitt Bernstein is an award-winning design-led architectural practice based in London and Manchester, working on a broad range of projects across all sectors including residential, arts and public buildings, community, education, leisure projects and regeneration schemes.We are looking for a Level 6 apprentice to join us to gain on the job experience, working towards an undergraduate degree in Architecture (Part 1).

The role will be varied and will involve working closely with project teams across all stages of design.

Duties will include:
  • Assist with producing and editing design and technical drawings, using IT software such as Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
  • Assist with producing presentation material, reports and models
  • Build knowledge of all stages of design from feasibility studies through to construction phases
  • Develop an understanding of UK legislation, planning, construction and health and safety
  • Maintain an awareness of the work of the Practice and the profession
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Desired qualifications

  • A Level BBCor;
  • BTEC National Diploma DDMor;
  • Access to HE qualifications with 15 Distinctions 30 Meritsor;
  • Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 128 UCAS points (must include an art or design subject)
  • We require a portfolio of work to be submitted.
  • Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).


Future prospects

You will be given the opportunity to contribute within project teams, under the supervision of experienced architects, to develop the skills required to progress as an architect.
