We are a small company with a big repuation and so must be prepared to work hard and be prepared to go the extra mile.
It is a small team so relationships are very important. You will need to be self motivated and keen to learn and gain experience.

- Procurement and placing of orders to suppliers and contractors
- Obtaining quotations and cost analysis
- Materials specification, costings, material procurement
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors
- Permits and approvals
- Organising site setup materials, files, office paperwork
- Liaising with labour teams combined with sourcing hotels and skips and site plant hires
- Formulating Health and Safety and Risk Assessments contract documents and Pre-contract files and CDM documentation, and site completion operation and maintenance files
- Perform general office administration as required including day to day operations, equipment and telephone
- Meet with suppliers as required

- Skills to operate basic office equipment such as; printers, computer terminals, scanning, and telephone systems
- Conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel, Photoshop and other software applications ideally PC based
- Proficiency in the use of Internet browsers for sourcing items as required
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to deliver Quality customer service and communication
- The development and overseeing of monitoring systems to track the success of projects
- This job requires excelllent written communication skills
