Important Information:
- Raising tickets on our online ticketing system, and performing first line checks and troubleshooting with clients on network, telephony and broadband issues
- Not every day, but attending sites (once trained) to configure new networks for clients (generally always in London). Setting them up with their router/internet, telephones and often switches as well. Configuration of LAN/WAN details and setting up remote access etc. as well as any required security features
- Learning and assisting with provisioning of new services using our online portals (ordering SIP, FTTC, ADSL, FTTP, dedicated Fibre circuits, and Openreach WLR services such as analogue and ISDN)
- Monitoring and having ownership of their own orders/workflow, this would be once trained. So that for example, the chosen candidate might have 5-15 provisioning orders they are managing during the working week, and day to day ensuring the provisioning of these orders is going ahead smoothly
- Assisting clients remotely and at site at times, with faults on their service/s. Generally, problems with broadband, routers and VoIP telephones
- Assisting clients on remote portals, in configuring new users and settings on VoIP (auto attendants, queues, users, call recording etc.)

Personal qualities
- A passion and interest in technology (WAN/LAN, VoIP telephones, networks etc.)
- Ability to use initiative, and take ownership of their workload
Desired qualifications
- An A Level (or equivalent) in ICT, OR
- An International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT, OR
- A Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject, OR
- A BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
