- Provide 1st Line IT support to all users and desktop/laptop/tablet PCs
- Routine Maintenance of Desktop PCs and similar devices
- Build & deployment of PCs
- Bulk data processing
- Data administration
- System resource checking
- Monitoring Backup System
- Reporting & data transfers to SQL Server
- A variety of coding systems tasks for Software Projects
- Desktop Application maintenance
- Ad hoc assistance to Senior Support
- T-SQL coding for database queries
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the firm
- Ensure personal working environment does not pose any health and safety risks for colleagues
- Report any instance of suspicious or potentially fraudulent behaviour
- Promote an environment of inclusion and support to colleagues
- Share ideas for continual personal and firm development
- Represent the firm to the highest level of professionalism
Apprentices must show commitment to the following:
- To achieve apprenticeship framework (Functional Skills, NVQ and Technical Certificate) within the specified time frame
- Attend the apprenticeship induction programme
- Attend all of the training sessions for the programme whenever necessary
- Undertake any other required development work as part of the apprenticeship programme as requested
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff
- Apprenticeships start throughout the year and are open to any age of candidate
- It is important that qualifications are listed on your application no matter what the grade, as your application is sifted and sent to the employer based on meeting the Employer's Vacancy Criteria
