Apprenticeship Team - Assistant Apprenticeship Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Assistant Apprenticeship Co-ordinator.

This is a varied role that includes but is not limited to;

- Support the enrolment of existing and new staff onto apprenticeship programmes with Training Providers.

- Support the marketing and promotion of apprenticeship and training opportunities both internally and externally

- Support with the Trusts widening participation programmes.

- Assist with the development and implementation of Work Experience

- Develop and maintain an understanding of the local and national apprenticeship agendas.

- Capture and collate data on apprenticeship performance, in different formats.

- Present information in an accessible manner for a variety of audiences in order to generate support and interest from managers to turn their vacancies into apprenticeship opportunities; this will include intranet and email communication.

Depending on the classification of the post, in-line with DBS guidelines, a Standard or Enhanced disclosure will be required which may include a check of the 'Vulnerable Adults List', the 'Children's List' and/or the Independent Safeguarding Authorities (ISA's) barred lists.

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months' salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
