Your role will be working within the Service Desk team, where you will be trained to deliver professional IT support by email and phone.
Your role will include (But is not limited to):
- Being involved in challenging IT projects
- Monitoring client's infrastructure/services remotely
- Configuring and building client machines in the Bridge Partners office
Through this role you will enhance your technical knowledge and gain experience in how technology plays an essential role in local businesses.

Minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff points (3xC at A level or equivalent) preferably in maths or Technical Subjects and5 GCSEs at C/4 or above to include English and maths (or equivalent).Future prospects
